Technological solutions are presented that, in certain functional areas of the communicative sphere, provide, without a predetermined algorithm, such results in the adaptation of network structures and processes to the changing communication environment, which significantly exceed the capabilities of human intellectual activity. The implementation of these solutions is possible in communication systems and networks that organize their activities in complex relationships with the control systems that use them, as well as with communication systems and environments of a higher hierarchy. The proposed solutions are being considered as part of the implementation of the strategy for the development of artificial intelligence until 2030.

In this article, the phenomenon of the 'Russian gaze,' which has become an unexpected global trend at the beginning of 2026, is examined. Based on an analysis of publications in the media, social networks, and expert commentary, the nature of this phenomenon, its cultural roots, and its mechanisms of spread are reconstructed. Particular attention is paid to the paradoxical nature of the situation: at a time when Western countries are trying to 'cancel' Russian culture, interest in it worldwide not only does not fade but also takes on new, viral forms. Also analyzed are the accompanying trends: the fashion for 'Slavic chic' in clothing, the popularity of Russian music abroad, and attempts by foreigners to master the elusive specifics of the Russian facial expression.

Particular attention is paid to the factors that ensured his impunity: privileged social status, connections with the elites, corrupt deals with prosecutors, and the systemic shortcomings of the American justice system.
