Социальное пространство, пребывая в пространстве физическом, в отличие от него, уже сформировавшегося, предопределяется и создается мыследеятельностной энергийностью людей, само воздействуя на них. Оно становится цивилизационным домом человеческого бытия, вариантная архитектоника которого закладывается в неких исходных «проектных решениях», не поддающихся легкому осмыслению.

Экономическая цивилизация как-то незаметно превратилась в среду обитания человечества как воздух, которым дышат, а часто и не могут надышаться. Есть весомые основания считать, что это не воздух, а «веселящий газ», ведущий к эйфории мировой социум, но как всякая искусственность, в конечном итоге, пагубный для него. Такая ситуация, в которой находится человечество, требует глубокого осмысления. Путеводителем осмысления заявляет себя и метатеория хозяйствования, с подтверждением права на подобные полномочия

Рассматриваются причины и возможные последствия кризиса современного экономического знания. Источник кризиса видится в потере экономическим знанием своей функции оценки смысла человеческой хозяйственной деятельности с тенденцией перерастания его в простую технологическую дисциплину оптимизационных расчетов. Предлагается модель теоретической экономии, которая включает в себя взаимодействующие сегменты философии хозяйства и физической экономии. / The causes and possible consequences of the crisis of modern economic knowledge are considered. The source of the crisis is seen in the loss of economic knowledge of its function of assessing the meaning of human economic activity with the tendency to outgrow it into a simple technological discipline of optimization calculations. A model of theoretical economy is proposed, which includes interacting segments of the philosophy of economy and physical economy.

A review is given of our present knowledge of different parametrization of experimental results in inelastic scattering process with polarized proton beams. Spin observables in polarized proton reactions for a set of lightweight nuclei are studied at intermediate energies in the region of 100–500 MeV. Two important types of DWIA calculations are used in the analysis of experiments. Important spin observables representing the difference functions (P–Ay) and (P–Ay)σ are examined along with the polarization-transfer coefficients Dij in inelastic scattering of polarized protons. The indicated value of σ is the differential cross section. These spin observables are treated in the context of the exchange features of the effective interaction.

The paper covers a model of generation of fundamental forces induced by neutrino interference with other particles. Neutrinos fill up vacuum and inter-vacuum space obtaining a long-range action. Fundamental binding “proton-neutrinoselectron” has been defined and its transformation under various conditions into atom of hydrogen or neutron is studied. The paper also considers structuring of nucleus and electron atomic shell. Electron is positioned on stationary shell creating intraatomic and interatomic forces. Fundamental forces are generated due to neutrinos interference of neutron, nucleon and atom. Proposed the impact of neutrinos on origin of gravitation.
