Beijing / Moscow, November 2025.
The international academic publishing project Libmonster (Libmonster.net) is pleased to announce the official opening of its new branch in the People’s Republic of China — the electronic library elibrary.org.cn.
The Libmonster project was established to support authors, researchers, and educators who wish to publish their scientific and creative works online and make them accessible to a broad international audience. The platform unites members of the academic and cultural communities worldwide, fostering knowledge exchange and the development of international scientific cooperation.
The launch of the Chinese branch elibrary.org.cn marks an important milestone in the expansion of global academic collaboration. The platform will enable authors to:
publish their works in Russian, Chinese, English, and other languages;
share the results of scientific research, educational materials, and cultural projects with a global readership;
contribute to the creation of an international digital knowledge space based on openness, respect, and cooperation.
“The opening of our branch in China reflects our commitment to strengthening cooperation between the scientific communities of Russia, China, and other nations. We believe that elibrary.org.cn will become a valuable platform for the exchange of experience and the joint advancement of science and culture,” said a representative of Libmonster.net.
Currently, Libmonster operates successfully in several countries, including Russia, the United Kingdom, Germany, the United States, Japan, and others. The launch of the Chinese platform represents an important step in the development of an international network that connects authors and researchers around the world.
All interested authors and institutions are invited to participate.
