Since May 17, 2023, Libmonster has moved to a new version of the site - 1.5. This version is more understandable to users and will allow authors to publish in the most comfortable environment. Here's a list of major improvements:

• The Forums section has been removed;
• Technical descriptions of the site's functions have been improved;
• Adding new publications has become easier and clearer for author-publishers;
• Each national library has a retransmitter of new publications in the social network vKontakte (link - at the bottom of each library page);
• Improved forgotten password recovery function;
• Updated the grid (layout, block layout) of the site;
• Internal system files have been unified. Now system updates will be faster in all national libraries;
• Removed unnecessary fields in user profiles (income level, religion, ethnicity, and others);
• The size of downloadable audio files has been increased to 200 Mb;
• Removed the function of mass uploading through flash-technology.
