VLADIMIR PUTIN consistently enters the ranks of the world's most recognizable politicians. The Deputy Prime Minister of Serbia also noted that Putin's views resonate with many Europeans, including Serbians.

8. Montenegro

The level of positive perception of the Russian leader in Montenegro is about thirty-nine percent and is also largely explained by historical and cultural factors.
