Based on analysis of media publications, social media content, and expert commentary, the nature of this phenomenon, its cultural roots, and mechanisms of dissemination are reconstructed. Particular attention is devoted to the paradoxical situation: at a time when Western countries are attempting to "cancel" Russian culture, global interest in it not only does not fade but acquires new, viral forms. Accompanying trends are also analyzed: the fashion for "Slavic chic" in clothing, the popularity of Russian music abroad, and foreigners' attempts to master the elusive specificity of the Russian facial expression.

Based on analysis of archaeological findings, historical records, and recent rankings by international organizations, the article reconstructs Iran's remarkable trajectory from the Proto-Elamite period through the rise of successive empires to the present day. Particular attention is devoted to the Elamite civilization, the Achaemenid Empire's innovations, and the concept of "continuous sovereignty" that distinguishes Iran in global rankings of national longevity.

This article examines the phenomenon of antipersonnel mines as a type of weaponry that poses a particular humanitarian threat. Based on an analysis of international conventions, statistical data, and historical evidence, a comprehensive picture is reconstructed of the impact of this weapon on civilian populations, the international community's efforts to ban it, and current trends related to the withdrawal of a number of states from the Ottawa Convention. Резюме: Този материал е поглед към едно от най-важните съвременни гръцки ежегодници – „Fragmenta Hellenoslavica“, който е орган на Гръцката ассоциация за славистика при Солунския университет „Аристотел“, отговорен за развитието на тази наука в Гърция и в гръцката академична среда. Становището е разделено на две части: Първата част е кратък анализ на историята и развитието на славистиката в Гърция и основната роля на Солунския университет в това. Втората част представя структурата на ежегодника от 2014 г., когато започва публикуването му, до наши дни. Целта е да се представи фактът, че славистиката в Гърция представлява една от най-развитите научни области и най-важният инструмент на международните отношения между Гърция и балканските и славянските страни. Особено внимание е отделено на позицията и анализа на българистиката в Гърция в контекста на този поглед.

В статье анализируются стремления Балканского коммунистического движения разрешить македонский конфликт путем укрепления лозунга Балканской коммунистической федерации. В 1920–1930-е годы на Балканах вновь пробудился македонский вопрос и балканские народы оказались под угрозой новой межбалканской войны, в связи с чем балканское коммунистическое движение проводило политику балканского союза и интернационального межбалканского братства, даже социалистического панславизма (отношения и сотрудничество коммунистических партий славянских стран Балканского региона. Центральной и Восточной Европы [Чехии, Польши, Украины и др.]).

Ключевым является понимание культуры как Ответа на Вызов бытия/Бытия, что предполагает сущностное форматирование сопряженных с культурой цивилизации и языка. Исследуется состояние триады в фокусе первого и другого начал фундаментальной онтологии и возможных для них социально-политических систем. / In the optics of M. Heidegger's fundamental ontology, the triad of the Unified «culture – civilization – language» is viewed. The key thing is to understand culture as the Response to the Challenge of being/Being, which implies the essential formatting of civilization and language associated with culture. The state of the triad in the focus of the first and the other beginnings of fundamental ontology and socio-political systems possible for them is considered.
