Эйнштейна о возможности с помощью только уравне-ний выразить то обстоятельство, что свет при измерении в движущейся системе также распространяется со скоростью С, является ошибочным. Распространение луча света и взаимосвязь между событиями, происходящими в инерциальных системах, движущихся друг относительно друга, вполне подчиняются ньютонов-ской механике.

В работе [1] А.Эйнштейн рассматривает две системы координат К и К1. Даны место и время события в системе К. Требуется найти место и время в системе К1 , движущейся равномерно и прямолинейно относительно К со скоростью v вдоль оси Х в направлении возрастания координаты х.

A review is given of our present knowledge of different parametrization of experimental results in inelastic scattering process with polarized proton beams. Spin observables in polarized proton reactions for a set of lightweight nuclei are studied at intermediate energies in the region of 100–500 MeV. Two important types of DWIA calculations are used in the analysis of experiments. Important spin observables representing the difference functions (P–Ay) and (P–Ay)σ are examined along with the polarization-transfer coefficients Dij in inelastic scattering of polarized protons. The indicated value of σ is the differential cross section. These spin observables are treated in the context of the exchange features of the effective interaction.

The paper covers a model of generation of fundamental forces induced by neutrino interference with other particles. Neutrinos fill up vacuum and inter-vacuum space obtaining a long-range action. Fundamental binding “proton-neutrinoselectron” has been defined and its transformation under various conditions into atom of hydrogen or neutron is studied. The paper also considers structuring of nucleus and electron atomic shell. Electron is positioned on stationary shell creating intraatomic and interatomic forces. Fundamental forces are generated due to neutrinos interference of neutron, nucleon and atom. Proposed the impact of neutrinos on origin of gravitation.

Interrelation between gravitation and acts of nature is deemed as a hard proof that the Earth gravitation is a predominant fact in this cohesion. Neutrino flow pressuring towards the Earth center on its way is forming difference abnormal zones within atmosphere, hydrosphere and lithosphere. As a result we are exposed to such natural disasters as earthquakes, volcanoes and climatic changes. Sufficient energy to such acts may be released only due to gravitation.

Neutrino is considered the carrier of gravitation. Earth gravity is formed due to the central Earth core shielding all-penetrating neutrino flow. Neutrino penetrates the Earth interfering fusion reaction on the core surface of our planet and stops motion and pressuring. As consequence neutrino is facing gravity force forwarded to the center of our planet.

The author of the article did not encounter a single source on the Meissner-Oxenfeld effect, where the version that this effect is explained by the presence of eddy currents in superconducting ceramics would be questioned. But, in the opinion of the author of the article, ceramics in such a state are surrounded by such gravitational fields, which, when cooled, turn into gravimagnetic fields, which, together with the gravimagnetic fields of the Earth, pull all the magnetic fields from the ceramics body.

In addition to the valence, which connects the atoms into molecules, there is a valence that connects the nucleons to each other.

The world ether is filled with gravitons. A positron rotating in the ether twists around itself graviton spheres, which increase its mass and turn it into a proton. The graviton spheres of the positron attract an electron to it, giving rise to a neutron. A proton, having lost some of its rotational energy, with its atomic graviton spheres - (unlike nuclear graviton spheres, which attract an electron to a proton, turning it into a neutron) - attracts an electron to itself, turning it into a hydrogen atom.

The transformation occurs by replacing the charge motion vector with the opposite vector. This is explained by the fact that all elements of the electron's magnetoelectric system are opposite to all elements of the positron's magnetoelectric system. And this opposite is determined by the vector of their movement in space. Therefore, one has only to change - by means of a diode bridge, a mechanical rectifier or a brush generator of a direct current generator - the motion vector of one of the charges to the opposite vector, so that this charge immediately turns into its antipode.

According to our hypothesis, the conduction current is the current of electrons and positrons propagating in the ether, which surrounds the conductor. And according to our hypothesis, the photo effect is not a knockout of an electron from the cathode, but a reflection of an electromagnetic wave from the cathode. According to our hypothesis, an electromagnetic wave is formed by electrons and positrons. And these hypotheses completely overturn our understanding of the process of the photoelectric effect.
